We immediately noticed these cool dragons while walking around the centre of Sundsvall. According to the hotel receptionist Sundsvall is called the city of Dragons. I didn't know that, but the sculptures is a nice way of showing it. Every year you can vote for you favourite dragon - I guess new dragons are added every summer? The flying dragon was the winner of 2008.

We're on holiday! Until the end of July/beginning of August. We started from Båtsfjord Saturday, and so far we're 800 kilometres further south already. We plan to go here and here, amongst other places. Daylight doesn't last long in Finnmark towards the end of November. These photos were taken within half an hour - and as far as I remember, I didn't do anything with shutter speed and such things. Taking a photo from the airport just outside Vadsø. I've traveled quite a lot around Finnmark this last year, both because of the job and because me and my wife lived 500 kilometres apart September to January.
